All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after
receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped
containing your tracking details.

4. Order Tracking & Status Updates

you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the
carrier system.
If you have not received your shipment within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email,

incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the
